Kimberly Worley

Kimberly Worley is an experienced Training Manager at Modivcare and LogistiCare, holding the current role since May 2007 and August 2014, respectively. Kimberly is responsible for onboarding new employees, conducting training sessions, and evaluating performance metrics, ensuring compliance and development through various initiatives. Previous roles within LogistiCare include Training Supervisor, Quality Monitoring Supervisor, Call Center Supervisor, and Quality Control Monitor, where responsibilities included developing training materials, supervising customer service representatives, and managing quality control programs. Kimberly also served as a Personnelist in both the United States Air Force and the Air Force Reserve, overseeing personnel classifications and reporting to high-level officials.
