Rahul Samant

Rahul Samant has served as the director since 2021. Mr. Samant brings to Modivcare’s Board more than thirty years of technological and operational leadership experience. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Delta Air Lines, Inc. Previously, he was Chief Digital Officer and Global Head of Application Development and Management at American International Group, Inc. and held various technology leadership roles at Bank of America Corporation, including: Chief Information Officer and Head of Technology and Operations for Global Wealth and Investment Management; Managing Director, Global Delivery; and Fixed Income Securities Technology Executive. Mr. Samant commenced his career at Unisys. He graduated with BS in Electronics Engineering from University of Mumbai and an MBA in General Management from Wake Forest University.
