Anna Michalak

Anna Michalak has a comprehensive work experience covering various roles in different companies. Anna currently works at MODIVO as the Head of CRM and Loyalty. Prior to that, they held the positions of Country Manager and Head of Loyalty at the same company. Anna also gained significant experience at Allegro, where they served as the Head of Commercial Excellence, Senior Manager/Head of Revenue Growth Management, Revenue Growth Manager, Business Data Analyst, Senior Strategy and Reporting Specialist, Strategy Specialist, and Marketing Specialist. Before joining Allegro, Anna worked at Centrum Rozwoju Szkół Wyższych TEB Akademia as a Sales and Marketing Specialist.

Anna Michalak completed their Master's degree in Computer Science, Econometrics and Quantitive Economics from Poznan University of Economics And Business between 2003 and 2008. Later, they pursued Postgraduate Studies in Services Marketing from WSB Schools of Banking in Poland from 2009 to 2010.
