Kamila Śliwko-Górska

Kamila Śliwko-Górska has diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Kamila is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at MODIVO SA since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at DXC Technology as the Talent Acquisition Lead for Global Innovation and Delivery Center from November 2021 to December 2021, and as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Poland, Lithuania, and the Nordics from February 2019 to December 2021. Kamila also has experience as a Team Leader of Talent Acquisition at BD and Cielo Talent for the Poland and CEE region from January 2016 to February 2019. Additionally, they worked at Mondelēz International as an RD&Q Talent Acquisition specialist on a time-limited assignment from October 2015 to January 2016. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Labor Recruiter at Amazon from May 2014 to May 2015, Training & Employee Relations Specialist at UPS Global Business Services from February 2013 to May 2014, Team Leader (DI Dept) at UPS Global Business Services from May 2011 to January 2013, Recruitment Specialist at UPS Global Business Services from January 2009 to May 2011, and Recruitment Consultant (Permanent Placement) at Manpower Staffing from March 2008 to January 2009.

Kamila Śliwko-Górska completed their Master of Arts (MA) in International/Global Studies from the University of Wroclaw between 2006 and 2008.
