Jennifer Ives

Jennifer Ives has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer has been with ModMed since 2018, starting as a Senior Business Partner and eventually progressing to Director and Associate Vice President roles within the People department. Prior to ModMed, Jennifer worked at BOCA RATON RESORT & CLUB, A WALDORF ASTORIA RESORT, where they served as the Assistant Director of Human Resources for a remarkable 15 years. Additionally, Jennifer has experience as a Staffing Agent at Randstad Sourceright US and as a Technical Recruiter at Kforce Inc. Jennifer began their career as a Human Resources Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton, where they gained valuable experience.

Jennifer Ives received a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus in Marketing Management from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business in the years 1990 to 1994. Jennifer also obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General from Virginia Tech during the same period.
