Andrea O'Leary, Ph.D. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over multiple industries. Andrea currently works at ModMed as the VP of Talent, Development and Inclusion. Prior to that, they were a member of EQ Community™.

Andrea spent a significant portion of their career at Aon, where they held various roles including Global Head of Colleague Experience, North America and Office of the President, Senior Director of Culture & Change, Global Director of Culture Initiatives, Global HR Director, Global HR Senior Manager, Global Program Manager for Performance and Career Management, and Global Program Manager for Talent Review and Succession Planning.

Before joining Aon, Andrea worked at CareerBuilder.com as a Product Manager and Project Manager for Talent Intelligence and Consulting. Andrea also worked at Personified as a Research and Methodology Specialist, at United Airlines as a Research Associate, and at International Survey Research as a Research Associate.

Andrea O'Leary, Ph.D. completed their education in the following order:

- Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Kansas, from 2001 to 2005.

- Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, from 2005 to 2008.

- Doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from DePaul University, from 2008 to 2011.

Andrea O'Leary also obtained a certification in the Black Executive Leadership Program from McKinsey & Company in 2021.
