Kristin Mravinec

Kristin Mravinec, MBA, is a seasoned professional in people analytics and business intelligence with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior People Analytics Manager at ModMed since August 2023, Kristin previously held multiple positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond from June 2014 to August 2023, including Senior Advisor in the Chief Data Office and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst for People Analytics. Prior to that, Kristin worked at PPG Industries for 14 years in roles such as Systems Consultant in HR Business Intelligence, Project Manager in Sales and Marketing, and Systems Analyst for Human Resources. Kristin began a career as a Consultant at CIBER from May 1999 to June 2000. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources and Organizational Behavior from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Duquesne University.
