Jason Hong is a seasoned professional in people systems and analytics with extensive experience in optimizing human resources processes across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Vir Biotechnology, Inc., Jason has a strong background in implementing data-driven solutions and enhancing candidate experiences. Previously, Jason held analytical roles at BARK, PatientPop Inc., Northrop Grumman, and The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities included creating dashboards for recruiting metrics, managing talent databases, and providing advanced analytics for key HR initiatives.
