Marina Kalugina

Marina Kalugina began their work experience as an assistant at Mogilev State University of Foodstuffs in September 2014. Marina then transitioned to the role of an engineer in metrology at OAO "Mogilevhimvolokno" in August 2015, where they worked until January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of an IT Recruiter/HR Manager at Modsen, starting in January 2022.

Marina Kalugina completed their education from 2009 to 2015 at the Mogilev State University of Foodstuffs, where they obtained a Master's degree in Technical Sciences. Their field of study was Automation of Technological Processes and Production. Additionally, Marina obtained certifications from the Shirkina School in November 2021 and a certification in PO Testing from a1qa in June 2014.
