Kayley Lindo

Kayley Lindo has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to 2023. Kayley began their career at VXI Global Solutions, LLC as an Account Associate from December 2017 to June 2018. Kayley then worked at Sutherland as an Inbound Sales Manager from December 2017 to March 2020. Following that, they joined Contax360 BPO Solutions, Inc. as a Customer Service Representative from August 2020 to February 2022. Afterward, they worked at The Gleaner Company (Media) Limited as a Junior Reporter from July 2022 to August 2022. Kayley then transitioned to ModSquad as an Online Content Moderator starting in September 2022. Currently, they are working as a Writing Assistant at Black Butterfly Media from February 2023 onwards.

Kayley Lindo started their education journey in 2014 when they attended Kingston High School. Kayley completed their studies there and obtained a CSEC and high school diploma in 2016. During this time, they also received certifications in CSEC Biology, CSEC Geography, and English A from the Caribbean Examination Council.

In 2020, Kayley attended the ICreate Institute and completed a course in social media marketing. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Customer Service Foundations, Customer Service: Problem Solving and Troubleshooting, Developing Your Leadership Philosophy, Emerging Leader Foundations, Learning Video Production and Editing, and Transitioning from Manager to Leader. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn.

Currently, Kayley is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Technology at the University of Technology, Jamaica. Kayley started their degree program in 2021 and is expected to graduate in 2025.
