Phuong Linh Nguyen

Phuong Linh Nguyen has a diverse work experience across different industries. Phuong Linh started their career as a Customer Support Executive at Sofiamedix Software Co.,Ltd in 2016, where they responded to customer inquiries and provided support for product registration. Phuong Linh then joined VFS Global as a Visa Operation Executive in 2018, where they received visa application documents and service fees from applicants. In 2020, Phuong Linh became an Operations Executive at Transmedic Group, where they assisted in tender preparation, processed orders, and managed sales leads. Phuong Linh also worked as a Lecture/Homeroom Teacher/Advisor at Thuy Loi University, starting in 2021. In this role, they delivered lectures, developed curricula, graded assignments, and conducted research. Currently, Phuong Linh is working as a Customer Service Agent at ModSquad.

Phuong Linh Nguyen pursued their education in the field of International Business. Phuong Linh obtained a Bachelor's degree from Dalarna University between 2010 and 2013. Following this, they went on to Korea University and earned a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce, completing their studies between 2013 and 2015.
