Redentor Villafuerte has an extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Redentor began their career in 2009 as a Collections Representative Tier III at NCO Group, where they worked until January 2013. Redentor then joined HSBC - Electronic Data Processing Inc. as an Operations Associate from January 2013 to January 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at VXI Global Solutions, LLC for a period of six months. From April 2015 to March 2018, Redentor worked as a Welder/Fabricator at Hitachi Construction Machinery. Redentor then transitioned to Teleperformance as a Japanese Customer Support Representative, where they worked from June 2018 to October 2019.

In November 2019, Redentor joined inspiro as a Japanese Customer Support Representative, handling technical support for a coin changing machine in Japan on a project basis. From September 2020 to May 2022, they worked at Bosch Service Solutions as a Japanese IT Service Desk Associate, providing first-level IT support to a global team in Japan.

Currently, Redentor is employed at ModSquad as a Japanese Bilingual Support, starting in May 2022.

Redentor Villafuerte attended the Asian Institute of Computer Studies from 2008 to 2009, where they pursued an Associate Degree in Computer Science. Their education was focused on the field of Computer Science during this period.
