Xavier Sadoine

Xavier Sadoine has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and supply chain industry. Xavier has worked for Modulaire Group since 2009, holding multiple positions. From 2019 to present, they serve as the Manufacturing & Supply Chain Europe Director, managing three factories, an R&D center, and a central function team. During their tenure, they achieved significant results, including a +90% increase in production despite the impact of Covid and raw material crisis. Prior to this role, from 2016 to 2019, Sadoine worked as the Supply Chain and Asset Manager Europe, overseeing asset management and purchasing in 19 European countries. Xavier implemented a fleet reporting tool and developed strategies for fleet management. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Export Operation Director, responsible for structuring and setting up operational teams for the newly created Export Department. Sadoine achieved a turnover of €5M on 12 projects in Africa and the Middle East. Xavier started their career at Modulaire Group in 2009 as the EMEA Senior Procurement Manager, where they initiated procurement savings and product convergence programs, resulting in €17M of cumulative gains.

Before joining Modulaire Group, Sadoine worked for GE Capital in various roles. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Europe Asset Manager - Modular Space Division. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2005, they served as the France Industrial Manager - Modular Space Division. Sadoine also held positions at GE Capital from 1994 to 2003, including R&D/Engineering Department Manager and France and Export Project Leader within the Modular Space Division.

Xavier Sadoine obtained a HND in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from the Université de Béthune, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Later, they pursued an Engineer's degree at Centrale Lille from 2001 to 2002.
