Thomas Magnifico is currently the Head of Customer Success at ModuleQ, where Thomas focuses on AI augmentation to help end users achieve higher levels of productivity. Thomas is also a Member of the Customer Success Collective, working towards driving company-wide alignment around customer success. Previously, Thomas held various leadership roles at companies such as CrossCap, SPS Commerce, Verisk Analytics, and ADP, with responsibilities ranging from product development to project management. Thomas has a B.S. in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, a Master's Degree in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, and an Executive MBA from Stevens Institute of Technology.
