Sean Robertson

Sean Robertson has extensive work experience in data, analytics, and AI. Sean is currently the Director of Data and Data Engineering at Modulr, where they are responsible for driving better decisions through data and analytics. Prior to this, they were a Consulting Partner at Mesh-AI, a start-up focused on AI and data mesh, where they supported the sales process and delivered roadmap engagements. Sean also worked as a Solutions Principal at GlobalLogic, leading "go to market" for data modernization and climate intelligence. Sean has held various leadership roles in data and analytics at Merkle, Neurons.AI, Analytics Solutions Limited, Teradata, TransUnion, NatWest Group, and Baker Hughes.

Sean Robertson attended the University of Aberdeen from 1989 to 1992 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Maths/Stats. Sean then studied at the Robert Gordon University from 1993 to 1994 and obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Instrumental Analytical Science. Additionally, Sean has obtained various certifications, including ones from Blenheim Chalcot, Databricks, TBA, Udemy, Microsoft, and Coursera, covering topics such as building products, product management, AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
