Ian Scott

Ian Scott has extensive experience in the fashion, textiles, and retail sectors, currently serving as Non Exec Chairman at Modus Furniture Ltd since April 2019 and as Business Owner at Dragonsnap Ltd since July 2014, providing consultancy to businesses in the industry. Previous roles include Board Advisor at GLOBE-TROTTER, Investment Advisor at Oakley Capital, and Non Executive Chairman at Frugi, where significant business growth was achieved during tenure. Ian also held positions as Non Executive Director at swmas ltd, Group Supply Director at Mulberry, and Head of Technology and Procurement at Marks and Spencer, beginning a career in retail management and textile technology. Additional experience includes a secondment to the Department of Trade & Industry as an advisor. Ian holds a degree in Textile, Apparel and Textiles from the University of Leeds and a BSC in Chemistry from the University of Kent.
