Elsie Florio

Elsie Florio is an experienced marketing and e-commerce professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing + E-commerce at Modus by PM Hotel Group since January 2023. Florio leads brand marketing and communications for a collection of award-winning lifestyle and luxury properties managed by PM Hotel Group, which oversees over 70 hotels. Additionally, Florio is the Founder of Inntegrated Consulting, providing strategic advice and commercial strategies for independent and luxury hotels since April 2017. Florio holds a Master’s Degree in Management in Hospitality with a focus on Marketing from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Development from UCLA.
