Caroline Adams

Caroline Adams has extensive experience in various roles related to Atlassian tools and digital operations. Caroline currently holds the position of Vice President, Digital Operations Practice at Modus Create, where they lead the alignment of Atlassian tools with client strategies and fosters a culture of collaboration and innovation. Prior to this, they worked as a Director and Manager - Atlassian at Modus Create, where they successfully harmonized Atlassian tools with client needs and provided training and support to clients. Before joining Modus Create, Caroline served as a Client Services Manager and Senior Atlassian Consultant at Atlas Authority, where they designed and implemented customized solutions using Atlassian tools. Caroline also held senior positions at Hexygen Inc., Comalatech, Clearvision, Good Technology, Rovi, Apple Inc., Demand Standards, and Yes! Tell Me More, Inc., where they gained significant experience in sales, product management, and technical support.

Caroline Adams obtained an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from the University of Arkansas - Fort Smith, completing their education from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their degree, Caroline also holds various certifications including the Cloud Migration Champion Badge from Atlassian, obtained in November 2023. Caroline also has certifications such as Atlassian Skills Badge: Email in Jira and Atlassian Skills Badge: Confluence Content Management, acquired in June and August 2018 respectively. Caroline is also an Atlassian Certified Jira Service Desk Administrator, an Atlassian Certified Confluence Administrator, and a Certified Scrum Master from ScrumAlliance in 2016 and 2011 respectively.
