Samantha Heyer is a seasoned real estate professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Real Estate Broker Associate at MODUS Real Estate Denver and as Co-Founder & COO at Habitats By Kat, both since December 2020. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at GCI Health from January 2012 to December 2020, where Samantha excelled in various roles including Vice President, overseeing B2B and B2C client relationships, team operations, marketing strategies, and new business development. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Miami University, awarded in 2011.
