Simran Oberoi

Simran Oberoi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, learning and development, and gender equality. Currently serving as Associate Director at Aon, Simran manages client relationships to deliver tailored employee development solutions and leads growth initiatives in human capital analytics. Simran is also an advisory board member for Good Universe and Let's Educate Children In Need, focusing on empowering women and enhancing educational opportunities for underprivileged children. In academia, Simran is a visiting faculty member at Mody University and Goa Institute of Management, specializing in diversity and inclusion. Additionally, Simran is the founder and owner of Ovenderful and has contributed to various organizations in leadership training and HR consulting. Simran holds an MBA in Human Resources from the Goa Institute of Management.
