Nikhil Mirashi has extensive experience in marketing and leadership roles. Nikhil currently serves as the Head of Marketing for the MEA region at MoEngage, where they are responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing integrated marketing activities, and improving local content. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Regional Marketing for India at CleverTap and as the Lead Product Marketing Manager at Freshworks. Nikhil also has experience in setting up and scaling marketing functions, as seen in their role as the Head of Marketing at Dista, where they established the SaaS marketing function and drove significant revenue growth. Nikhil has also held marketing positions at CloudMoyo, Icertis, NIIT Limited, and ING Vysya Bank. Nikhil's experience encompasses a wide range of marketing activities, including digital marketing, demand generation, product marketing, sales enablement, and corporate involvement programs.

Nikhil Mirashi obtained a PGDM degree in Finance from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University from 2003 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Nikhil obtained certifications in Product Marketing Core from Product Marketing Alliance, Content Marketing and Inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy, and Digital Marketing from the School of Digital Marketing.
