Quan Tran Minh is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in managing client portfolios across various industries, including Banking, Finance, Retail, E-Commerce, and Logistics. Currently at MoEngage Inc. since September 2021, Quan oversees a portfolio of over 10 top-brand clients, providing strategic consultancy to enhance engagement and customer retention.
