Saurabh Mandhanya

Saurabh Mandhanya is the current Chief of Staff at MoEngage. Prior to that, they were the Head of Business Operations at Zenoti from October 2020 to December 2020. Saurabh was also the Associate Director - Strategy and Operations and Chief of Staff at Arvind Internet - A Division of Arvind Limited from March 2020 to September 2020. Saurabh has also worked as the Chief Of Staff at Amagi Corporation from January 2021 to August 2021 where they successfully implemented and adopted OKR's across the whole org. Saurabh has also helped build a data driven organization - defined org and department level metrics/KPI's and dashboards.

Saurabh Mandhanya has a MS in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing & Strategy from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a BE in Electronics & Instrumentation from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
