Shivani Naveen

Shivani Naveen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shivani is currently working at MoEngage as an Associate Director, Professional Services in the Customer Success department. Prior to that, they also held the position of Associate Director, Customer Success at the same company.

Before joining MoEngage, Shivani worked at BORN Group as a Sr. Lead Engineer. Shivani also worked at Mastek Americas as a Service Delivery Lead and Project Manager, where they were responsible for managing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and handling client relationships.

Shivani also attended Vignan Vidyalayam High School from 2003 to 2005 for their 9th and 10th grade education in Science. Shivani's educational journey began at Kerala Samajam Model School from 1992 to 2003, where they completed Kindergarten to 8th Grade with a focus on Mathematics and Computer Science. Additionally, Shivani has obtained several certifications in fields such as Adobe Commerce Cloud Development, Demandware Development, Magento Development, Network Management, Virtualization and Cloud Computing, ASP.Net, and Advanced Java Programming for Web Development.
