Oleg Mouraenko

Oleg Mouraenko is a Supervisory Modeling Scientist at Moffatt & Nichol since September 2005. Prior to that role, Oleg worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Florida from August 1999 to December 2004. Before that, Oleg was a Researcher at the Institute for Water and Environmental Problems from July 1996 to July 1999. Oleg started their career as a Programmer at Altai State University from September 1993 to July 1999, where Oleg developed and maintained accounting software using FoxPro and Delphi. Oleg holds a PhD in Coastal Engineering from the University of Florida, a Master of Science in Coastal Engineering, and a Diploma of Specialist in Applied Mathematics from Altai State University.
