Stacey Blankenship

Stacey Blankenship is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in project planning and provider relations within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Project Planner at MOGAS Industries, Inc. since June 2019, Stacey supports Project Managers to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery. Previously, as a Business Analyst at MOGAS Industries, Stacey led the Information Technology team as a Project Manager for the Syteline upgrade. With a solid background in provider network development and management, Stacey held various senior roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas, including Executive Director of Network Operations and Divisional Vice President of Professional Provider Network. Earlier career experiences include leadership positions at Memorial Hermann Health System, Memorial/Sisters of Charity Health Plans, and Memorial Health Network. Stacey holds a Master’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry & Economics from Houston Christian University.
