Pepe Ballester has extensive work experience in the field of cellular biology and tissue engineering. Pepe is currently working at Mogrify as a Manager and previously held the role of Senior Scientist. At Mogrify, Pepe managed two research grants and contributed to the development of a proprietary cellular conversion technology.

Prior to their time at Mogrify, Pepe worked at the University of Cambridge as a Postdoctoral Research Associate and a Demonstrator for Biology of Cells. Prior to that, they completed their M.Sc. in Biomedical Biotechnology at the same institution from 2009 to 2010. Pepe also holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Biotechnology from UPV, which they earned from 2005 to 2009.
