Tat Yean Tham

Tat Yean Tham has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Frontier Healthcare Group Singapore since September 2002. Tham is also a Fellow at the MOH Office for Healthcare Transformation since May 2021 and a Senior Consultant at the Ministry of Health (Singapore) in the Primary & Community Care Division since October 2019. Additional roles include Adjunct Assistant Professor at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine from May 2010 to May 2020, and Visiting Consultant at the Agency for Integrated Care (Singapore) from October 2016 to September 2019. Tham has held various council and board positions with organizations such as the College of Family Physicians Singapore and the Singapore Medical Association from 2000 to 2015. Educational background includes attendance at the National University of Singapore.
