Hassan G. Dewji

Hassan G. Dewji has a diverse work experience. Currently, they run a coaching platform called "Elevate with Hassan," where they provide personalized coaching services in areas such as HR, career guidance, productivity, and personal growth. Prior to this, they served as a Governing Counsellor at the Confederation of Tanzania Industries (CTI), focusing on infrastructure, legal, and regulatory affairs. In 2007, they were the Director of People at the MeTL Group, where they established a robust HR infrastructure for the organization. Additionally, Hassan has also participated as a speaker at TEDx, discussing the importance of self-awareness and self-acceptance for introverts and extroverts in leading a purposeful life.

Hassan G. Dewji has a strong educational background in the fields of Human Resources, Law, and Politics. Hassan G. obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Law and Politics from the University of Nottingham, graduating in 2003. Following that, they pursued an MSc degree in Human Resources from the University of Birmingham, completing it in 2006.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Hassan has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Hassan G. is a Chartered Fellow (FCIPD) from the CIPD since June 2023. Hassan is also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, which they attained in October 2022. Hassan G. holds the Occupational Ability Qualification and the Occupational Personality Qualification from The British Psychological Society, both earned in December 2020. Furthermore, they have achieved Family Business Certification Levels 1, 2 & 3 from RTS Global Partners (TAO Legacy Holdings) in October 2020. Hassan is trained in Mental Health First Aid by MHFA England®, obtained in October 2020. Hassan G. is also a Registered Career Development Professional (RCDP) accredited by the Career Development Institute since January 2019. Lastly, they are a Strong Interest Inventory User certified by The Myers-Briggs Company, acquired in September 2013.
