Pascal Gryp

Pascal Gryp is an experienced project manager and engineer with a robust background in energy, insulation, and technical project management. Currently serving as Project Manager in the Asset and Innovation Management division at Mohawk Group since July 2022, Pascal has led significant projects, including the construction of a 40MW biomass energy plant in France. Previously, roles at Technics@GRYP as Technical Project Manager and at Recticel as International Project Engineer involved comprehensive project management, design, and startup responsibilities. With a strong foundation in engineering, including two bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Industrial Electronics Technology, Pascal has developed expertise across project engineering, material handling, and automation throughout a career that began in 2000 at Bekaert. Additionally, Pascal has undertaken various educational pursuits, enhancing skills in quality management and technical applications.
