Kyle Bartz

Kyle Bartz, EMBA, MSEE, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and energy management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Mohawk Industries since May 2014, Kyle is responsible for setting strategic direction and managing manufacturing operations across nine facilities, overseeing 14 direct reports and guiding 1,500 employees. Previously, Kyle held positions such as Global Director of Energy and Operations at Mohawk, where responsibilities included leading energy needs assessments and product developments, and Corporate Director of Energy Management and Sustainability at Toys R Us, focusing on efficiency and sustainability initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Pyramid Management Group, emphasizing energy efficiency and workforce management. Kyle's educational background includes an Executive MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas and master's and bachelor's degrees in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and Clarkson University, respectively.
