Yassal Sundman

Yassal Sundman has extensive work experience in organizational coaching and leadership training. They have worked as an Operations Director at Mojang Studios, where they designed and facilitated a leadership training program for the company. Prior to joining Mojang Studios, Yassal worked as a Senior Organizational Coach at Mojang Studios, where they coached the leadership team in supporting a fast-growing organization. Yassal also has experience as a team coach and trainer, working with various organizations such as King, LRF, Ray Search, Trust Weaver, and SVTi. They have also held leadership positions at ClimateView, Paradox Interactive, Crisp AB, King, Star Stable Entertainment AB, RaySearch Laboratories, LRF Media AB, and Sovos TrustWeaver, where they provided coaching and support in strategy development, leadership, and agile work processes. Yassal's work experience spans across multiple industries, and they have a proven track record of facilitating collaboration and achieving better outcomes for their clients.

Yassal Sundman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of California, Davis in 1999. In 2017, Yassal completed ICF-accredited coach training at Leapfrog AB. In 2019, Yassal became a Mental Health First Aid Certified Instructor through Karolinska Institutet. Yassal also holds additional certifications, including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation, obtained in both 2019 and 2023, and various certifications in Positive Psychology from Coursera in 2020.
