Nerea Llorca has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Nerea is currently the Head of Business Operations at Mojo since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Glovo as the Associate Director of Operations from December 2020 to May 2022, and as the Head Regional Operations from November 2019 to December 2020. Before joining Glovo, they were a Customer Operations Manager at Coinbase from January 2019 to August 2019. Nerea also has a strong background in operations at Facebook, where they held several positions such as the Head of EMEA Small and Medium Business Operations from August 2016 to January 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Operations Manager from September 2013 to October 2016, a Senior Program Manager from October 2014 to July 2016, and a Growth Specialist from September 2010 to September 2013. Additionally, Nerea has experience at Oracle as a Marketing Intelligence Representative and at Performance Marketing in Event Marketing.

Nerea Llorca is currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Sciences at UNED, starting in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a foundation degree in Online Marketing with Advertising, PR, and E-Commerce from Fitzwilliam Institute in 2009. From 2003 to 2007, Nerea attended Universidade de Vigo, where they earned an Honours Bachelor degree in Advertising and Public Relations. During their time at Universidade de Vigo, they also completed a foundation degree in Communication & Consumer Education Specialist in 2006-2007 and a foundation degree in Online Publishing & Journalism from Escuela Periodismo La Voz de Galicia in 2005.

In terms of additional certifications, Nerea completed the Customer Success Management Fundamentals and Service Metrics for Customer Service courses at LinkedIn in February 2022. In 2018, they obtained a certification in Implementing Winning Strategies from the University of the District of Columbia. Additionally, Nerea holds the COPC Registered Coordinator certification in Vendor Management and Performance Management for Customer Experience Operations from COPC Inc., which they obtained in September 2015.
