Stephanie Woirlier, C.Adm. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Stephanie is currently working as the Head of Human Resources & Corporate Operations at Mojo, where they manage talent acquisition and management, HR legal compliance, employer branding, people operations, and people experience. Stephanie is data-driven and constantly keeps in touch with market trends to improve systems and processes.

Prior to their current role, Stephanie held the position of Head of People Ops, Admin & Finance at Archery Inc. (USA) and Archery SAS (France), where they were responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational management of HR, administration, and finance functions. Stephanie managed a team of six individuals, including HR/recruiters, finance managers, and administrative managers.

Stephanie has also worked as a Consultant & Advisor in Human Resources and Operations at Ubloom Consulting & Coaching, where they assisted fast-growing startups and scale-ups in structuring and optimizing their HR and corporate operations. Stephanie has also provided professional coaching and certified Ericksonian hypnosis services to help individuals and employees overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional development.

Prior to their consulting work, Stephanie worked at GoPro, where they played a pivotal role in setting up and scaling the European R&D center. Stephanie managed employee engagement, the employee lifecycle, payroll, and people operations for a team of over 100 employees. Stephanie also oversaw three office moves during their tenure.

Stephanie's earlier work experience includes roles at Nestle France SAS and The Walt Disney Company, where they served as an Executive Assistant and supported various HR functions and top executives. Stephanie also worked as an Executive P.A. at Quebecor, where they closely managed administrative, legal, and social aspects of employee management.

Stephanie began their career at Disneyland Paris, where they held various roles such as F&B Assistant Manager, Human Resources Assistant, and Personal Assistant. Stephanie was involved in recruiting and training employees, managing intern programs, and organizing pre-opening visits for VIPs.

Stephanie Woirlier, C.Adm. has a diverse and extensive educational background. In 1989-1990, they completed their high school education at William Byrd High School, focusing on entrepreneurship, sociology, and psychology. Stephanie continued their studies at IAE Caen from 2007 to 2009, earning a graduate degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Administration et gestion des Entreprises. In 2012-2013, they pursued a DAEU A degree at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), concentrating on Statistics & Philosophy.

Stephanie furthered their education in the field of coaching. Stephanie completed a postgraduate degree in Coaching Practices at Université Paris 8 from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained certifications from Coaching Ways France in 2023-2024, specifically the RNCP (France) and ICF ACC (International) certifications through the Parcours VICI program, which focuses on "Voyager, intégrer, coacher, innover."

Stephanie also holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management, General from IAE Caen, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021.
