Valentina Martínez Lafée

Valentina Martínez Lafée has a diverse work experience background. Valentina started their career as an English Teacher at Be Happy Learning from an unknown date in 2010 until September 2012. From July 2013 to December 2015, they worked at BancTrust & Co. as a Legal Intern and later as a Legal Counsel. Valentina then joined Bayer as a Junior Lawyer in the Legal & Compliance Department from March 2016 to May 2017. Valentina later became a Legal & Compliance Business Partner at Bayer in Venezuela from May 2017 to January 2018. Valentina then worked at Bayer as an Integrated Compliance Management Analyst from April 2018 to September 2018. Valentina'snext role was at Stendhal Pharma where they worked as a Regional Compliance Officer for Mexico, Colombia, Central America, and the Caribbean from October 2018 to May 2021. Valentina is currently working at M8 Pharmaceuticals, Inc as the Legal & Compliance Head for Mexico starting from May 2021.
