Alexandra Kurai is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Process Control Analyst and providing HR Business Partner support at MOL Group since July 2023. Previously, Alexandra held the position of Junior IT Recruitment Consultant at Randstad Hungary, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions and acting as an account manager for clients.
