Zdravka Demeter Bubalo

Zdravka Demeter Bubalo has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Zdravka is currently the Operating Director of Consumer Services and Retail at INA Grupa since September 2021. Prior to this, they held senior positions at MOL Group, including HR Senior Vice President and HR Vice President, starting in 2012. Zdravka also worked as an Adjunct Professor at RIT Croatia from January 2021 to January 2022. Earlier in their career, they served as the HR Director at INA - Industrija nafte from April 2010 to July 2012. Before that, they held multiple roles at Coca-Cola HBC, such as HR Manager Croatia, Procurement Manager Croatia, Treasury & AP Manager, and Marketing Budget Controller for the Adriatic Region. Zdravka started their career at Eastbrokers Zagreb as a Settlement Supervisor in 1996 and later worked as a Broker.

Zdravka Demeter Bubalo completed their education as follows:

- In 1991-1995, they obtained a B.Sc from the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb.

- In 1997, they received a Brokerage License from HANFA.

- In 2004, they earned a Degree in Purchasing and Supply Management from the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.

- In 2005, they obtained an MBA in Organisation & Management from the Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb.

- In 2007, they completed the CCHBC Management Excellence Program from IMD.

- In 2009, they obtained a Certification in Internal Coaching from CCE International Coach Federation.
