Nagendra Kumar

Nagendra Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Nagendra began their career at Tek Electro mechanical Instruments Pvt Ltd as a Design Executive, where they focused on injection mold design and process documentation. Nagendra then moved on to Behr as a Design Engineer before joining Tata Technologies as a Team Leader. At Tata Technologies, they worked on various projects for Tata Vehicles and Production Engineering clients, specializing in panel design and development. After almost a decade at Tata Technologies, Nagendra joined Hinduja Tech Limited as a Project Manager, gaining experience in product development, project management, and quality assurance. Currently, they are employed at MOLB Group as the Head of Engineering & Operations MOLB INDIA, responsible for leading the engineering and operations division in India.

Nagendra Kumar received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt from Simplilearn in 2013 and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2011.
