Thuy Buckley, SHRM-CP

Thuy Buckley, SHRM-CP has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration. Thuy began their career in 2009 as a Project Assistant at Fairfood International. In 2010 they moved to AIA Australia as a Group Administrator (Operations). From 2012 to 2014, Thuy worked as an Administrative Assistant at Fresenius Medical Care and a Donor Management Assistant at Delete Blood Cancer. From 2014 to 2018, Thuy worked at ITOCHU International Inc. in two roles, first as an HR Assistant and then as an HR Specialist (Business Partner). In 2018, they became an HR Manager and Office Manager at Ashmore. In 2020, they moved to Anzu Partners as a Human Resources. Thuy is currently working as People & Culture at Encodia, Inc. and will soon transition to Associate Director, Human Resources at Molecular Assemblies, Inc. starting in 2022.

Thuy Buckley, SHRM-CP obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International/Global Studies from Monash University between 2007 and 2010. Thuy also participated in an exchange student program at Yonsei University from 2009 onwards. In 2015, they obtained a Master Certificate in Human Resources from ECornell. In 2018, they obtained their SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
