Alain Courtois

Alain Courtois is a highly experienced technical support and field service professional with a robust background in automation and robotic integration. Since April 2010, Alain has served as a Senior EU Technical Support Specialist at Molecular Devices, providing specialized technical assistance to customers. Prior to this role, Alain was a Regional Field Service Manager overseeing a team of Field Service Engineers across Western Europe. Alain's experience includes tenure as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Molecular Devices from 2004 to 2010, and as a Field Service Engineer at Sopachem from 2000 to 2004.
