Jennifer Fung has a diverse work experience in customer support operations. Jennifer started their career in 2007 at Genomic Health, where they held various roles such as Lead, Supervisor, and Manager in the international customer service department. In 2015, they joined Invitae as the Team Lead for Client Services and later became the Head of Client Services. In 2017, they moved to Color and currently holds the position of Director of Customer Support Operations.
