David Schlingloff has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2018, they started as an Engineering Intern at GE Aviation, where they focused on spares forecasting. In 2019, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Cummins Inc., specifically in base engine components. From 2018 to 2021, they were a member of the Propulsion System Integration Team at The Hybrid Electric Vehicle Team at Virginia Tech, serving as both a team lead and team member. In 2021, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Liquiflo Equipment Company.
