Admasu T then pursued a Certificate of Subspecialty in Infectious Diseases from 2009 to 2011 at Addis Ababa University.

Admasu continued their education and obtained a Certificate in Scientific and Grant Writing from Emory University School of Medicine in 2011. In the same year, they attended UC San Diego and completed a Certificate in Clinical Research Methodology. Admasu further expanded their knowledge by obtaining a Certificate from the University of Basel in Drug Discovery and Clinical Research in 2014.

In 2014, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Pharmaceutical Medicine at Hibernia College, which they successfully completed in 2016. During their time at Hibernia College, Admasu also obtained additional certifications in Medical Affairs, Pharmaceutical Research and Development, and Clinical Trials Management.

Throughout their education, Admasu has also acquired several additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These include certifications in Clinical Epidemiology from McGill University in 2010, People Manager Qualification (PMQ) by SHRM in 2023, NIAID Good Clinical Practice from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in 2020, Human Subjects Protection from CITI Program, a Division of BRANY in 2019, and ICH Good Clinical Practice E6 (R2) from The Global Health Network.
