Leonard D'Souza

Leonard D'Souza has over 28 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Leonard is currently the VP - Head of IT at Molecular Templates since January 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director Information Technology at BPL Plasma from September 2018 to January 2020. From January 2018 to September 2018, they worked as the Director Of Information Technology at LivaNova. Leonard also has experience as a Director IT at Zimmer Biomet from July 2013 to January 2018. Before joining Zimmer Biomet, they worked as an Application Program Manager at URS Corporation from December 2008 to June 2013. Leonard started their career at Capgemini as a Project Manager from May 2003 to December 2008. Leonard previously worked as a Consultant at Atos Origin Pvt. Ltd. from April 2001 to May 2003. Leonard has also held roles as a Sr System Analyst at Mukand Ltd from June 1998 to March 2000, and as an Engineer at Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd from June 1992 to February 1998.

Leonard D'Souza completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, from 1988 to 1992. Leonard then pursued their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Operations from the Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, from 1994 to 1996.
