Ezanne Tessendorf has a diverse work experience ranging from legal advising and research to lecturing on labor law at various organizations. Ezanne began their career as an Attorney at Rosendorff, Reitz & Barry Attorneys from May 2017 to May 2019. Following that, they joined NEASA as a Legal Advisor & Dispute Resolution Specialist from June 2019 to December 2021. During their time at NEASA, they drafted and advised on company policies in accordance with South African laws, benefiting around 10,000 clients.

Ezanne then transitioned to the University of the Free State, where they held several roles related to labor law. From July 2018 to December 2018, they worked as a Lecturer on labor law. In February 2020, they became a Legal Researcher (Labor law) and a year later, in February 2021, they became a Lecturer (Labor law). Additionally, they briefly took on the position of a Senior Lecturer (Labor law) from June 2021 to December 2021.

Currently, Ezanne is employed at Molecule AG, starting in February 2022. Ezanne has held the role of HR Manager, and as of March 2023, they have been promoted to the position of HR Director.

Ezanne Tessendorf has a strong educational background in law and international arbitration. Ezanne graduated from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in 2023 with a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in International Arbitration. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Labour Law from the University of the Free State in 2019, graduating with honors (cum laude).

Ezanne's educational journey began at the University of the Free State, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Law between 2013 and 2017. Before their university studies, they completed their high school education at Reitz High School, where they obtained a National Senior Certificate in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Ezanne has pursued various certifications to enhance their legal expertise. Ezanne completed a course on "The Arbitration of International Disputes" at Leiden University in May 2022. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications in "Human Rights: The Rights of Refugees" from Amnesty International in November 2019, "Legal Practitioner (Attorney) of the High Court of South Africa" from the Law Society of South Africa in July 2019, "Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals of the UN" from UN SDG:Learn in April 2019, and "Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)" from IARC in April 2019.
