Indaka Jayawardene

Indaka Jayawardene serves as Vice President of Site Operations & Customer Service at Molex since March 2019, with previous roles including Vice President of Customer Service & Fulfillment and Vice President of Quality & Global Manufacturing. Prior experience includes a tenure at Nistica Inc from February 2007 to March 2019 as Vice President of Manufacturing & Quality and Senior Director of Operations, overseeing NPI processes and product transfers. Additional roles consist of Operations Manager at Meriton Networks and Mahi Networks, and Manufacturing Engineer at Photuris Inc. Indaka’s career began as a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Labs Lucent Technologies. Indaka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, completed in 1995.
