Shalon Kapayou

Shalon Kapayou, MBA, CSSBB, PMP, is an experienced project manager currently employed at Molina Healthcare since December 2022. Prior to this role, Shalon served as Project Manager II in Quality Improvement at Centene Corporation, overseeing comprehensive project lifecycles that positively impacted 300,000 members. Experience also includes positions at the YMCA of Greater Des Moines, where Shalon enhanced customer service and member enrollment, and Amerigroup, implementing key initiatives to support over 150,000 Iowans.
