Lucia Ramos

Lucia Ramos has extensive experience in quality management within the food industry, currently serving as Jefe de Calidad at Molinos Rio de la Plata since August 2008, where responsibilities include quality control of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, as well as the development of standards, procedures, and specifications. Previously, Lucia worked at Univeg as Jefe de Calidad from March 2006 to October 2008, overseeing quality control during the reception and dispatch of fruit in cold storage facilities. Additionally, Lucia served as an Auditor at SGS from May 2005 to March 2006, focusing on quality assurance standards such as BPA, GAPS, BPM, and HACCP. Education includes a degree in Food Engineering from Universidad Nacional de San Juan, a diploma in Quality Management from Universidad Juan Agustín Maza, and a Leadership Auditor certification in FSSC 22000 from DNV GL Training.
