Susan Feldman

Susan Feldman, MA, serves as the Head of Workplace Operations for Moloco since July 2023, previously managing workplace services at Salesforce and Slack. At Salesforce, Susan led the integration of Slack post-acquisition, focusing on enhancing workplace engagement and culture while implementing hybrid work programming. Prior to that, at Slack, Susan oversaw operations for the San Francisco campus, managed significant budgets, and developed efficient systems for employee experience and office utilization. Additional experience includes roles at Base CRM, Left Right, Strickman-Ripps Inc., and various art galleries, where Susan honed skills in operational efficiency, project management, and team development. Susan holds a Master's degree in Visual Arts Administration from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Spanish from Willamette University, alongside ongoing education at Harvard Business School Online.
