Hailey Beattie has extensive experience in quality assurance and sensory analysis within the beverage industry. Currently serving as a Sensory Specialist at Molson Coors Beverage Company since May 2019, Hailey oversees the Fort Worth Brewery Sensory Program, conducting regular sensory analyses and training over 60 panelists. Previous experience includes the role of Analytical/Microbiological Specialist at the same company, where Hailey conducted wet chemistry analyses and qualified analytical specifications for new beer styles. Hailey also interned at Valley Mills Vineyards, managing agricultural conditions during the harvest and performing various laboratory assays. Hailey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Baylor University.
